摘要
传统的矩阵式交-交变频器因电压利用率低,输出电压受器件耐压限制,在高压大容量变频调速领域并没有得到广泛应用。近年来,随着矩阵式模块化多电平变换器拓扑结构的提出,为交-交变频领域提供了新的思路,而如何对其控制也成为研究热点。对该拓扑进行了改进,使得其PWM控制方法和悬浮电容电压平衡控制较简单。通过仿真,验证了该新型矩阵式模块化多电平变换器拓扑结构和其控制方案的可行性。
Due to the low voltage rating and output voltage withstand is limited by device on traditional ma- trix converter, it is not widely used in high voltage and large power conversation system. In recent years, the application of multilevel topology in matrix converter structure gains increasing attention because it provides a solution of the high voltage and large power capacity on direct AC - AC power conversion. An improvement of the multilevel matrix converter topology was given, that makes the PWM modulation strategy and the flying ca- pacitor control easier. The matlab simulation is used to demonstrate the validity and stability of the proposed control algorithm at high voltage large volume application.
