川丹通脉片制备工艺研究

目的研究川丹通脉片的制备工艺。方法以颗粒性状、粒度分布、休止角、片面光洁度、硬度、崩解时限为指标,单因素法优选片剂处方。结果按照(浸膏+药粉)∶淀粉∶糊精=5∶3∶1的比例混合,以纯化水为润湿剂,湿法制粒、压片,可制得合格的片剂。结论本制备方法简单、实用性强,所得片剂片重小、崩解快、含水量低、外观好,质量符合2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》片剂制剂通则要求。

Objective To study the preparation technology of Chuandantongmai tablets. Methods with particle properties, size distribu- tion, angle of repose, one-sided finish, hardness, and disintegration time as the indexes, single-factor method was used to optimize tablet formulations.Results According to the（extract＋powder）： starch：dextrin =5 ： 3 ： 1 mixing ratio, with purified water as wetting agent, wet granulation, tabletting, qualified tablets can be obtained.Conclusion The preparation method is simple, practical, formed tablet weight is small with fast disintegration, low water content, nice appearance, and the quality is consistent with the requirements in the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia General Requirements for tablet formulations.
