摘要
目的探讨家庭护理中游戏对幼儿语言能力发展的作用。方法选取四川省成都市温江区某幼儿园1~3岁幼儿62例,按父母职业分类和幼儿年龄以分层抽样的方式分为试验组和对照组。对照组不予以特殊干预,试验组则指导家长如何与幼儿做游戏,干预分为3个阶段,每个阶段干预时间为1个月,采用津守询问式学龄前儿童精神发育诊断量表进行语言商测量。结果试验组和对照组幼儿的语言能力比较,试验组幼儿的语言商得分明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),不同性别的幼儿语言商得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),从事不同职业的父母对幼儿语言能力的发展有一定影响。结论家庭护理中家长合理运用游戏对幼儿语言能力的提高具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the function of games on children's language competence development in home nursing. Methods According to the parents' occupation and children's age, 62 children between 1 - 3 years old from a kindergarten at WenJiang of chengdu, sichuan province were divided into the experimental group and the control group in a professional stratified sampling way.The control group was not given special intervention and the experimental group received professional game guidance, the intervention lasted for 3 phases with one month in a phase. Results The language competence development of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were of high statistical significance(P〈0.01).The differences of the children's language com- petence between different genders were not of statistical significance(P〉0.05).The occupations of the parents have certain influence on children's language competence development.Conclusion The parents' reasonable use of games has a positive significance on children's lan- guage competence development in home nursing.
