摘要
有清一代,伴随清廷流人政策的调整,发遣齐齐哈尔的流人在康末雍初、乾末嘉初、同末光初等几个历史时期,呈现相对集中的态势。因其所处地域、环境、待遇的趋同,一定程度导致文化流人行为、心态均具备较强的向心力,由此形成了文化流人的集结活动。依据史志资料,就齐齐哈尔文化流人在齐齐哈尔的三次集结进行梳理总结,以揭示齐齐哈尔文化发展走向。
During Qing dynasty, with the adjustment of banishing the people, the banished people presented the trend of centralization in Qiqihar gradually in the time of late Kangxi and early Yongzheng dynasty, late Qianlong and early Jiaqing dynasty, late Tongzhi and early Guangxu dynasty. Because of the convergence of region, environment, and treatment, the behavior and mentality of the cultural banished men gained relatively strong central strength, and formed the assembly activity. The article summarizes the three times' assembly of the Qiqihar cultural banished men and reveals the directions of Qiqihar culture development.
