充填料浆L型管道自流输送模拟试验分析 被引量:13

摘要 为掌握不同配方及浓度的充填料浆的输送特性及可实现的自流充填倍线,以为提高充填管网设计的可靠性提供设计依据,采用L型管道自流输送的方法,结合现场工业生产开展实验方案设计,进行了不同浓度及配比条件下的充填料浆的流变参数测试,并分析了不同配比及浓度料浆的流变性能指标及充填倍线的变化规律。结果表明:同等可比条件下,浓度或配比较高的充填料浆具有较强的粘聚性,其剪切应力较大,稀释后其相关指标大幅降低,当料浆浓度很低时,可实现自流输送的充填倍线大幅增大。研究结果可为充填工艺中的管网布置和优化提供理论依据。 In order to improve the reliability of filling pipe network, the transportation characteristics of filling slurry with different formulation and concentration should be obtained. Combined with the reality of industrial production, the L-shaped pipe gravity transportation method was adopted to de- sign the experiment. The rheological parameters of filling slurry with different concentration and pro- portion were tested in the experiment, and the variation of rheological property indicators of slurryand filling times line with different proportion and concentration were analyzed. The results are: (1) under the comparable condition, the filling slurry has higher cohesion as concentration or propor- tion increases; (2) after dilution, relative indices decrease drastically due to high shear stress in fill- ing slurry; (3) the filling times line of realizable gravity transportation will increase drastically when the concentration of slurry is very low. Therefore, this research can be a beneficial reference for the optimized layout of the pipe network in filling technology.
