摘要
为克服现有化学水处理系统所存在的成本高、布线复杂、扩展性差等缺陷,提出了一种基于ZigBee的电厂锅炉补给水超滤系统监测网络的设计方案,并给出了详细的硬件电路和软件设计流程。对状态检测的能耗进行了理论分析和计算,利用PLC实现了整个无线监测系统。测试表明,该设计符合实际需求并且具有较低的功耗。
In order to overcome the defects in the existing chemical water treatment system, such as high cost, complex wiring, poor expansibility, etc, on the basis of ZigBee, a design scheme Of monitoring network of boiler water supply ultrafiltration system in power plant is proposed. Detailed hardware circuits and software design flow are given. The energy consumption in state detection is analyzed theoretically and calculated, and the whole wireless monitoring system is implemented with PLC.
