喷枪是ISA铜冶炼工艺的重要设备,对定位系统有很高的要求,既要求测量范围宽,又要求测量精度高。本文从增量型旋转编码器、高速计数模块的工作原理以及编码器工作特性入手,阐述如何利用高速脉冲计数技术实现喷枪精准定位,并针对旋转编码器在实际应用中遇到的问题,提出相应的解决办法。

Lance is the important equipment for ISA copper smelting process, with rigorous requirements for location system, calls for both wide measuring range and high measuring accuracy Beginning from the working principles of incremental rotary encoder and high speed counter module, as well as working characteristics of encoder, this paper describes how to accomplish accurate lance location with high speed pulse counting technology, puts forward corresponding solution method to solve problem of the rotary encoder in practical application.
