New Type Joint of Subsea Flexible Pipes

摘要 传统的复合软管内胀外扣接头型式在较大口径、较高压力的情况下,其连接强度明显不足;扣压过程中容易对接头和软管本身造成一定的损伤,需要对接头金属进行冷变形加工,这对接头金属的强度、硬度、延展性等提出了较高的要求,严重限制了金属材料的选择。这就要求设计一种新型软管接头。文章介绍了新型注胶接头的结构和静压爆破试验结果,表明该接头型式满足压力、密封性、防腐性和可靠性等各方面的要求。 It shows that the connection strength of a traditional internal expanding and external buckling joint is obviously insufficient to larger caliber pipe and at higher pressure.The joint and flexible pipe themselves get certain damage in the process of buckling,so it needs to process joint metal with the cold deformation approach,which demands higher intensity,hardness and ductility of the metal,and seriously limits the metal material selection.It not only increases the production cost of the joints,but also brings new problems to anticorrosion of the joints.So it needs to design a new type of joint.This paper introduces the structure of a new glue injected joint and its static pressure blasting test,and shows that this type joint meets the requirement for pressure,sealing,anticorrosion and reliability,etc.
