摘要
介绍了如何应用QC方法降低西气东输二线长江盾构工程中盾构施工的地表沉降问题,通过现场调查,制作了因果分析图和要因确认表,从中得出盾构施工地表沉降的要因,同时采取针对性改进措施,收到了良好的效果。
It is introduced how to use QC method to decrease ground surface settlement in the shielding construction of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline.Through field investigation,the analytical figure of cause and effect and the essential factor determination list are made.With the help of them,the essential factors affecting ground surface settlement in shielding construction are determined,then the pertinent improvement measures are taken and good results are obtained.
