摘要
对企业实施"员工素质提升工程"的必要性进行了分析,通过实施教育培训,构建技能大赛机制,开展职业技能竞赛,推进员工知识化进程等5方面的保障措施,可以全面提高员工素质,打造队伍优势,是企业实现可持续发展的必然要求和创新之路。
A necessity of "the staff quality Upgrading Project" conducted in the enterprise was analyzed. There were live pro- tective measures of the education training, the technical skill megagame mechanism, the professional technical skill competition, promoting staff knowledge process and others provided and implemented. These measures may fully improve the staff quality and to set up the team advantages, it would be the certain requirements and the innovation road for the enterprise to realize the sustainable development.
