综合排石疗法治疗胆囊结石病580例观察

Cholelithiasis Cholecystolithiasis(580 cases) Treated by Complex Treatment of Lithagogue

目的：探讨综合排石疗法治疗胆囊结石病的疗效。方法：以中西药物、耳压、推按运经仪治疗的５８０例为治疗组，以单纯耳压治疗的１２８例为对照组，以影像学检查结果作为疗效判断依据。结果：治疗组痊愈率４６．２％，显效率４１．６％、有效率7．９％、总有效率９５．７％；对照组分别为 ９．６％、５６．８％、２６．４％、９２．８％。两组痊愈率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）、结论：综合排石疗法治疗胆囊结石疗效确切。

Object: To probe into the curative effect of complex therapy of lithagogue in treating cholelithiasis chole- cystolithiasis. Methods: A treatement group(580 cases ), treated by traditional Chinese drugs, auricular-plaster, and mas- sage, was compared with control group(128 cases ), by auricular-plaster only. The curative effect was judged by image test. Results: The curative effect rate in the treatment groups was 46. 2%. obvious effect rate 41. 6%, effective rate 7.9%, the total effect rate 95. 7 %; while those in the control group 9. 6%. 56. 8%. 26. 4 %, 92. 8% respectively. There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusing: The effect of complex treatment for treating cholelithiasis chole-cystolithiasis is definite.
