摘要
为了探明宁夏六盘山国家级自然保护区落叶松红腹叶蜂的寄生性天敌资源,筛选能有效控制落叶松红腹叶蜂的优势天敌,采用定点调查方法对该害虫的寄生性天敌资源进行了调查。结果表明:1)落叶松红腹叶蜂害虫的寄生性天敌有六盘山翠金小蜂(Tritneptis sp.)、毛瘤角姬蜂〔Pleolophus setiferae(Uchida)〕、恩姬蜂(Endasys sp.)、大田猎姬蜂〔Agrothereutes macroincubitor(Uchida)〕、短翅田猎姬蜂〔Agrothereutes abbreviatus(Fabricius)〕、选择盆地寄蝇(Bessa selecta fugax Rondani)、球孢白僵菌(Beau-veria bassiana Vuillemin)和苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)共8种,其中,六盘山翠金小蜂为该害虫的优势种天敌。2)当落叶松红腹叶蜂害虫大面积暴发时,天敌的种群数量迅速上升,随着害虫种群数量的降低,天敌种群数量也减少。说明,天敌是该害虫发生的主要制约因子,而且其高峰期滞后于害虫。3)对主要天敌的生物学特性进行了描述。
To explore the parasitoid sources of P. erichsonii in Liupanshan National Nature Reserve and screen the dominant parasitoid that could effectively control the pest, the dominant parasitoid sources of P. erichsonii were studied by sentinel survey. The results showed that. 1) The parasitoids of P. erichsonii were the following eight kinds: Tritneptis sp., P. setiferae, Endasys sp., A. macroincubitor, A. abbreviatus, B. seZecta fugax, B. bassiana and B. thuringiensis. Among which, Tritneptis sp. was the dominant parasitoid of the pests. 2) When the large outbreak of P. erichsonii occurred, the populations of the parasitoid increased rapidly. With the reduction of pest populations, the parasitoid population reduced as well. This indicated that the parasitoid of insect pests was the major limiting factor and its peak lags behind the pests. 3) The biological characteristics of the main parasitoid were described.
