紫茎泽兰叶片提取液对乐山植物种子萌发的化感作用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解紫茎泽兰对四川乐山本地植物种子萌发的影响,以紫茎泽兰作为供体,选取四川乐山5种本地植物种子作为受体,采用培养皿滤纸法测定了紫茎泽兰叶片提取液对5种种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明:紫茎泽兰叶片提取液对商陆各发芽参数呈现出低促高抑现象,对艾草的胚根生长在低浓度下有促进作用,对其余受体参数表现为抑制作用,随提取液浓度升高,抑制作用显著增强。各受体植物种子萌发对紫茎泽兰化感作用的敏感程度不同,鳢肠和构树对紫茎泽兰的化感抑制表现最敏感,其次是龙葵,艾草的表现较不敏感,商陆最不敏感。 The seeds of five plant species from Leshan in Sichuan were treated by the E. adenophorum leaf extract to study the allelopathic effect of E. adenophorurn leaf extract on seed germination of these plant species. The results showed that the E. adenophorurn leavf extract could promote P. acinosa sprouting in low concentration while inhibit in high concentration. And could promote the radical growth of wormwood in low concentration. Meanwhile, inhibit all other parameters, and the inhibition effect increased with the increase of E. adenophorurn leaf extract concentration. The seed germination of various plant species had different sensitivity to E. adenophorum leaf extract. E. prostrate and B. papyifera had the highest sensitivity to E. adenophorum leaf extract, S. nigrurn took the second place, A. argyi and P. acinosa took the third and fourth place respectively.
