摘要
为寻求平菇栽培中简便可行的消毒方法,以二氧化氯为消毒药剂,采用生产试验方法,探讨了二氧化氯浓度、消毒及活化时间对平菇菌丝生长及微生物防治效果的影响。结果表明:二氧化氯浓度过低对杂菌的防治效果不明显,浓度过高则抑制平菇菌丝的生长;消毒时间与活化时间对平菇菌丝生长有一定的影响,但对杂菌防治效果的影响不大。二氧化氯消毒剂120mg/L活化10~12min拌入培养料后放置72h再接种,既可防治杂菌污染,又可降低二氧化氯对平菇菌丝生长的抑制作用。
The effects of chlorine dioxide concentration, disinfection and activation time on P. ostreatus growth and microbe prevention were studied by production tests taking chlorine dioxide as the disinfectant to seek out a convenient and feasible disinfection method in P. ostreatus cultivation. The results showed that excessively low concentration of chlorine dioxide had no significant effects on control of mixed microbe, while excessively high concentration of chlorine dioxide would inhibit P. ostreatus growth. Disinfection and activation time had certain effects on P. ostreatus growth, but slightly effects on mixed microbe prevention. If inoculated 72 hours after adding 120 mg/g chlorine dioxide disinfectant which was activated for 10-12 minutes into the cultivation material, not only the mixed microbe contamination could be controlled, but also the inhibition effect on P. ostreatus growth could he decreased
