摘要
为探明贵州某地羔羊"瘫痪病"的发病原因,对患病羔羊、产病羔母羊进行解剖,采集肝脏、血液、羊毛和肌肉进行铜、钼、铁、氟微量元素的检测(排除寄生虫发病因素),研究羊体微量元素的含量与羔羊"瘫痪病"的关系。结果表明:患病羔羊肝脏铜含量为0.66~3.10mg/kg,血液铜含量为0.06~0.57mg/L,低于正常值;产病羔母羊肝脏铜为0.72mg/kg,远远低于正常值;产羔后未满月母羊血液铜含量为0.25~0.74mg/L,羊毛铜含量为1.3~8.4mg/kg,低于正常值;临产母羊血液铜含量为0.005~0.39mg/L,羊毛铜含量为0.18~9.8mg/kg,低于正常值。确诊该地区羔羊"瘫痪病"的发病原因是由铜缺乏所致。
For exploring the pathogeny of paralysis, trace elements of Cu, Mo, Fe and F from livers, blood correlation with the disease. The results showed that the the sick lame and ewes were anatomized, and the , wool and muscle were detected to find out the Cu content in liver and blood of sick lambs were 0.66-3.10 mg/kg and 0.06-0.57 mg/L respectively, lower than the normal value. The Cu content from liver from sick ewes were 0.72 mg/kg, far below the normal value; The Cu content from liver and wool from confined ewes were0. 25-0.74 mg/L and 1.3-8.4 mg/kg, below the normal value; The Cu content from blood and wool from parturient ewes were 0. 005-0. 39 mg/L and 0. 18-9. 8 mg/kg separately, below the normal Value. This investigation indicated that paralysis was caused by Cu deficiency in this reGion.
