湖北农村弱势留守人员现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Hubei Vulnerable Rural Left-behind People

随着城镇化的推进,大批农村青壮年流入城市务工,农村留下了大量的留守老人、儿童与妇女。为系统地找到农村留守人员问题的应对之策,帮助留守人员解决其遇到的问题,从社会管理视角对湖北省农村留守人员问题进行研究。结果表明:湖北省农村弱势留守人员存在许多问题,应从建立服务型社区、亲情社区、搞好农村社区学校建设和发展家庭服务业方面切实解决农村留守人员的困难。

Along with the urbanization, a large number ot young adults in rural areas became uroan workers. A lot of left-behind elderly, children and women were left in rural areas, for the sake of helping left-behind people solve problems, the problems they encountered were studied from the perspective of social management. The results showed that these vulnerable left-behind people had many difficulties. And they should be solved by developing service-oriented communities and amicable communities, doing well in rural community schools and family service industry development.
