摘要
按照TOD模式,根据"优地优用"的原则,对重庆市主城区已编控规区域为轨道交通站点周边用地的规划进行优化。通过制定合理的用地性质和用地强度,构建良好的步行系统及换乘系统,增加公共服务设施和绿地配置,有效地对部分轨道交通站点周边用地实行了节约化利用,缓解了山地城市用地资源紧张的状况。
Based on the principle of" optimal land, optimally use" under TOD mode, use planning of rail site surrounding land of the main districts in Chongqing is to be optimized. By determining reasonable land use property and land use strength, developing better pedestrian system and transfer sys- tem and adding public service facility and green land layout, surrounding land of some rail sites can be effectively and economically used so as to ease the intense land resource condition in the mountainous city.
