摘要
针对传统的全桥变换器实现软开关具有占空比丢失、软开关范围较小等局限性,归纳了4种新型的带辅助网络的全桥变换器及其特点,总结了实现ZVS软开关所采取的主要手段;在此基础上提出在大功率情况下使用多重变换器交错叠加的方法,给出了两种多重交错并联变换器电路拓扑,这对大功率开关电源的研究具有指导意义.
Concerning the limitations of the duty-cycle loss, smaller range of soft switching and others when using the traditional phase-shifted full bridge converter to implement soft switching, this paper makes generalizations of four new types of full bridge converter with auxiliary network and their features, and summarizes the major means taken to implement ZVS soft switching, based on which, the scheme of using multiple converters to have interlaced accumulation in the case of high power is presented, and the topologies of two types of multiple interlaced parallel converters, which is of instructive significance to the research on high power switching power supply.
