摘要 为了进一步提高开关电源效率、节约能源,提出了一种新型软开关Buck变换器的设计方案,该变换器工作在断续状态,能实现二极管零反向恢复损耗.首先分析了变换器的工作原理,然后给出了参数设计方法,最后运用Matlab/Simulink软件对电路进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:该电路方案设计正确、结构简单,达到了预定的要求. To boost the efficiency of switching power supply and energy saving, this paper presents a design scheme of novel soft switching for Buck converter, which can operate in the on-off states and realize the zero reverse recover loss. Firstly, the operating principles of the converter is elaborated, the approaches to parameter design of the circuit are given, and finally, the circuit simulation is performed by using Matlab/Simulink sol, ware. Simulation results show that the proposed circuit design scheme is correct and the circuit structure simple, achieving the expected requirements.
