摘要
针对目前人民法院在审理各类案件时缺乏同类案例参考,从而造成大量资源浪费、适用法条不当等情况,本文提出一种建立覆盖全国各级法院判例检索系统(CCSS),在对该系统的功能进行了详细分析的基础上,进行了系统设计和网络模型设计,系统采用较为简单的B/S结构,实现了法院判例的收集、统计、查询和维护,具有一定的实用性和安全性。
Because of the lack of a reference to the similar cases in the trial of various kinds of cases in People＇s Court, thus causing lots of resources waste and improper applications of laws, this paper proposed an establishment of CCSS system covering all the courts in the whole country. Based on the detailed analysis of the functions, the designs and network models, the system uses a relatively simple B/S structure, realizing the collection, statistics, inquiry and maintenance in the trial of the cases, has certain practicability and safety.
