双电机消隙技术在某火炮随动系统中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 文中以某火炮随动系统的研制为背景,为了进一步提高系统精度,首先介绍了复合控制系统模型及分区PID算法,另外详细论述了双电机消隙的原理及动力系统结构,并建立了仿真模型。最后,通过matlab仿真表明同时运用分区PID算法和双电机消隙技术,能够在保证系统稳定的情况下,很大程度地提高伺服系统跟踪精度。 This paper take a artillery with the develop of the dynamic system for background. In order to further improve the precision of the system ,Firstly, It introduces the compound control system model and separate-zone PID algorithm; I also discuss the principle of anti-backlash, and set up the simulation model. Finally, the result of matlab simulation shows that using separate-zone PID algorithm and meanwhile using the anti-backlash technology can ensure that the system is stable, and it can largely improve the tracking precision of servo system.
