摘要
目的：观察泰能在急性胰腺炎病人中的疗效和安全性。方法：急性胰腺炎病人３２例，分为２组，第Ⅰ组诊断明确后，立即使用泰能治疗。第Ⅱ组在其它抗生素治疗效果不佳时，改用泰能。比较两组的疗效、用药时间及安全性。结果：Ⅰ组１７例／２１例有效，Ⅱ组８例／１１例有效。用药时间Ⅰ组平均１２天，Ⅱ组平均１８天。耐受性均良好。结论：泰能在急性胰腺炎中有积极的作用，大部分病人耐受性良好。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tienam in treating acute pancreatitis. Methods: Thirty- two patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into 2 groups. In group Ⅰ 21 patients were treated with Tienam immediately after diagnosis. In group Ⅱ 11 patients were treated with Tienam after treatment of antibiotics. To compare efficacy and safety between two groups. Result: Seventeen patients were cured in group Ⅰ, eight patients were cured in group Ⅱ. The average treatment periods were 12 and 18 days respectively. Adverse reaction was rare. Conclusion: The effects of Tienam in treating acute pancreatitis are active and safe.
