颅颌固定预防颞下颌关节脱位复发的临床观察

Clinical observation of cranial jaws fixation in the prevention of relapse of dislocation of condyle

目的:观察颅颌固定预防颞下颌关节脱位复发的治疗效果。方法:将60例颞下颌关节脱位病例分为两组,试验组31例行颅颌固定至少2周,对照组29例固定时间不足1周,治疗效果观察3～6个月。结果:试验组复发1例,复发率3.33%;对照组复发9例,复发率31.03%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颞下颌关节脱位治疗中,需用颅颌固定限制下颌运动至少2周。

Objective To observe the effect of cranial jaws fixation in the prevention of relapse of dislocation of condyle. Method Total 60 cases were divided into two groups ,31 cases of the experimental group were fixed at least 2 weeks. The fixed time less than a week in 29 case of the control group, the effect was observed for 3 months to half a year. Results In the experimental group, 1 case relapse, the recur- rence rate was 3.33% ;In the control group,9 cases relapse,the recurrence rate was 31.03%. Difference between the two groups had statis- tically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of dislocation of condyle,the chin movement must be limited with cranial jaws fixation at least 2 weeks.
