护理风险管理在泌尿外科内镜手术中的应用分析

Analysis of application of nursing risk management in urology endoscopic surgery

目的:探讨护理风险管理在内镜手术中的应用价值。方法:分析和确定泌尿外科内镜手术的风险因素,实施风险管理制度。评价实施前后器械准备、巡回护士护理技能、仪器设备管理、消毒隔离质量、手术医生满意度。结果:风险管理实施后,器械准备、巡回护士配合技能、仪器设备管理、消毒隔离质量评分均高于实施前,手术医生的满意度从75.0%分别提高到91.6%。结论:建立和落实风险管理,可以预防和减少风险事件的发生,提高手术配合质量,是护理质量持续改进的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the value of application of nursing risk management in endoscopic surgery. Method Analyzed the risk events which occurred in the past nursing cooperation of Urology endoscopic surgery and confirm the risk factors ,then implemented the risk management systems. Evaluated instruments preparation ,nursing skills of itinerate nurse ,equipment management, disinfection and isola- tion quality, surgeon satisfaction before and after risk management. Results The instruments preparation, nursing skills of itinerate nurse, e- quipment management and disinfection and isolation quality scores were higher than before after the implementation of risk management. The satisfaction of the surgeon was respectively increased from 75% to 91.6%. Conclusion Establishment and implement the risk management can prevent and reduce the risk events and improve the operation quality, which is the effective way to continue improving the nursing quality
