Campus culture is the soul of the development of the schools, and is one of community values which teachers and students are pursuing. We need to adhere to both material culture and spiritual culture in the construction of campus culture. Spiritual and cultural is the heart, the subject, the base and the connotation of the campus culture. So we must highlight the spiritual and cultural in the construction of campus culture.
