高校的人才培养模式是指高校在一定的教育思想及教育理论指导下为学生构建的知识、能力、素质结构以及实现这种结构的方式。坚持以素质教育为核心,着力提升学生的创新能力和实践应用能力是高校人才培养模式的核心,根据每个学生不同的个性和特点,实施培养方案是高校人才培养模式的重点。以西南科技大学法学院"博雅修身9+1"学生成长计划为例,对高校人才培养模式进行了实践与探索。

The talent training pattern in colleges refers to the construction of knowledge, ability, quality and the approach to realize it. The core of college talent training should be focused on the quality education and the improvement of innovative ability and practicing ability. The emphasis should be put on implemen- ting the training program according to each student＇s personality. Based on this, the paper discusses the talent training mode based on the ＂Morality Cultivation 9＋1 Program＂ conducted by the Law School of Southwest University of Science and Technology.
