Problems and Countermeasures of Bilingual Teaching in Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges

双语教学是高等教育改革发展的必然趋势。新建地方本科院校实施双语教学之初存在认知不足、教学管理落后、师资缺乏、学生素质参差不齐、教材选择难度大、考评制度不完善等诸多问题,在对这些问题进行分析的基础上提出了相应的对策。

Bilingual teaching has been inevitable in higher education development. There are still a number of problems in bilingual teaching in the newly-built local undergraduate colleges. After analyzing the prob- lems as lack of understanding, backward teaching management, the shortage of teaching faculty and so on, some countermeasures are put forward in the paper.
