摘要
文中针对湛江港口的特点,分析了船舶污染事故的风险及其危害后果,论证科学的管理策略,根据"把握规律,抓注重点,关注异常,给力预防"的基本要求,提出了防控湛江港湾船舶污染事故的工作思路。
Based on the characteristics of the Zhan.jiang Port, this paper analyzes the risks and possible consequences of pollution accidents caused by ships, expounds the scientific control strategy, and, according to the basic requirements of holding the role, grasping the key elements, paying attention to the abnormalities, and taking effective preventive measures, presents some ideas for prevention and control of pollution from ships in the waters ofZhanjiang Port.
