摘要
采用核磁共振仪分析21株光皮树优树样品,平均果皮含油量为54.84%,标准差变幅为0.21%~0.92%,变异系数变幅为0.40%~1.52%;种子含油量为10.9%,标准差变幅为0.06%~0.22%,变异系数变幅为0.63%~2.18%,采用核磁共振法测定光皮树果实中的含油量精度较好。与索氏提取法相比,采用核磁共振法分析光皮树果实含油量,样品用量少,测量速度快,且不损伤样品。通过对两种方法的对比测定,相关系数为0.867(果皮)和0.897(种子)。核磁共振法这种快速实用的无损检测技术为生物能源树种光皮树的资源评价、品种改良及育种提供了有效手段。
The oil contents of twenty one samples of Comus wilsoniana plus trees were analyzed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance approach. The average oil content of fruit peel was 54.84% with the variation range of stand error 0.21% - 0.92%, and that of variation coefficient 0.40% - 1.52% ; the average oil content of seed was 10.90% with the variation range of stand error 0.06% - 0.22%, and that of variation coefficient 0.58% - 2.17%. These results illustrated that the accuracy is satisfied in the determination of oil content of C. wilsoniana fruit using HY-10 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance instrument. Compared to the Soxhlet method, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance approach has many advantages such as small quantity of samples needed, rapid measurement, keeping samples intac, etc. Significant correlation between oil contents measured by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance approach and soxhlet method was observed, 0.867 for fruit peel and 0.897 for seed.
