开展“值班水手/机工升三副/三管轮适任培训”项目的分析与研究

Analysis and Study of the Certification Training of "Duty Sailor to 3rd Officer or Duty Motorman to 4th Engineer"

根据新施行的《中华人民共和国海船船员适任考试和发证规则》,船舶值班水手/机工可以参加三副/三管轮适任培训和考试而不再受学历限制。这必将带来"值班水手/机工升三副/三管轮适任培训"这一新型培训项目的诞生。本文分析了开展此项培训的可行性,以期对广大水手/机工和船员培训机构有所启发。

The new amendments to the ＂Seafarers＇ Proficiency Examination and Certification Regulations of the People＇ s Republic of China＂ regulate that the duty sailors/motormen will not be limited in their participa- tion of the proficiency examination of third officer/fourth engineer, which will surely bring forth the new training program of ＂duty sailor to third officer or duty motorman to fourth engineer. ＂ This article conducts analysis on the privileges and worries concerning the implementation of the training and it is the hope of the author that it will give advice to the sailors/motormen and training organizations in this respect.
