摘要
社区文化建设是社区建设的灵魂,我国现有的城市社区文化建设工作更多的是行政意志的产物,缺乏广泛的社会参与,无法满足社区居民日益增长的精神文化需求。物业服务企业作为社区建设与管理的主要力量,在服务主体上与社区文化建设具有很高的一致性,尤其是其以人为本的服务理念、丰富的服务内容、严谨的管理模式使物业服务企业在社区文化建设上具有天然的优势,发展基于物业服务企业的社区文化建设模式,对完善社区文化建设模式具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。
The construction of community culture is the soul of'community building. Today ,the existing urban community cultural construction in our country is to a larger extent the product of the will of the executive without extensive public involvement, therefore, it is unable to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the community residents. The property services companies are major force in community building and management who are in high consistency with community cultural construction in terms of service objects. Besides, they have great advantages especially in people - oriented service philosophy, various services provided, strict management mode. Thereby, the development of property services company-based community cultural construction has important theoretical significance and practical significance to improve the community cultural construction mode.
