腹腔镜联合输尿管镜保胆取石的临床研究

The Clinical Analysis of Cholecystolithiasis by Laparoscope and Ureteroscopy for preservation of gallbladder

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合输尿管镜在胆囊结石手术中保胆取石的应用。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的胆囊结石患者共48例,入选患者根据治疗方法不同分为腹腔镜联合输尿管镜的观察组和单纯腹腔镜胆囊切除的对照组,观察两组患者手术时间、术中失血量、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中失血量、肛门排气时间以及术后住院时间与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合输尿管镜治疗胆囊结石与腹腔镜手术无明显差异,但保留了胆囊的正常生理功能,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To analysis the treatment of cholecystolithiasis by laparoscope and ureteroscopy for preservation of gallbladder.Methods ：48 cholecystolithiasis patients were selected in our hospital, patients were divided into two group according to the different treatment, the observation group with laparoscope and ureteroscopy and the control group with laparoscope, compared two groups operation time, perioperative blood loss, anus exhaust time, hospital stay time and complications.Results ：The observation groups＇operation time, perioperative blood loss, anus exhaust time, hospital stay time were no statistically difference with control group（P〉0.05）.The complications difference had no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conciusion ：Laparoscopic with ureteroscopy and laparoscopic in treatment cholecystolithiasis were no significant differenee, and can retain the gallbladder funetion, isworthof clinical promotion.
