腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的护理对比分析

The Analysis on Nursing Care of Cases of Tubal Pregnancy in Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery

目的:探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的护理,提高护理的有效方法和质量。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的112例输卵管妊娠患者分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组,各56例,对两组术中、术后情况及护理进行分析。结果:两组患者的术中出血量、术后镇痛、术后体温、肛门排气时间、术后活动时间、住院天数等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠优于传统的开腹手术,患者损伤小,恢复快,减少了一定的护理工作量,降低了护理难度,提高了护理工作效率。

Objective ： To explore the nuxsing of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of tubal pregnancy care differences, improving nursing and effective methods of quality.Methods ： The hospital treated 112 cases of tubal pregnancy were divided into laparoscopic operation and open operation in 56 cases, two groups of intraoperative, postoperative and nursing analysis.Results ：The intraoperative blood loss, cases of postoperative analgesia and cases of fever were less in laparoscopie surgery group than that in open surgery group. Postoperative anus exhaust time, time of movement and hospitalization time were longer in laparoscopic surgery group than that in open surgery group. Conclusion ：The laparoscopie surgery was better than open surgery. The laparoscopic surgery has the characteristics of slight injury and rapid recovery, what could reduce nursing workload and diffcuhy of nursing, increase working efficiency of nursing care.
