负压封闭引流技术在骨科中的临床应用研究 被引量：4

摘要 随着现代社会工农业及交通等多方面的快速发展，四肢创伤的发病率日趋上升，开放和闭合性骨折合并急慢性软组织缺损在临床上比较常见，因创面开放易合并多种细菌感染，如合并感染性休克而危及生命，临床上虽然比较重视，但治疗效果差。为提高软组织缺损治疗的效果，降低死亡率，选取2009年1月～2011年12月笔者所在医院采用负压封闭引流治疗50例急慢性软组织缺损的患者，其临床疗效满意。现报道如下.
