目的:通过对医院输液落屑引发医疗纠纷的原因分析,提出防范与处理的方法,防范医疗纠纷的发生。方法:结合临床输液遇到的案例,分析发生脱屑的原因,提出防范措施。结果:针对输液脱屑发生的具体原因,提出针对性防范措施,减少了纠纷的发生。结论:在临床输液工作中,只有严格按照护理操作流程,工作中加强责任心,严格进行查对,为患者提供主动服务,加强护患沟通,做到患者知情同意,才能有效防范纠纷的发生。

Objective ：Through analysis on causes of medical disputes initiated by desquamation during hospital infusion, put forward prevention and treatment methods in order to prevent medical disputes.Methods ：Analysed the causes of desquamation and put forward prevention measures in combination with the clinical infusion encountered cases at the author＇ s working hospital.Results ：According to the specific causes of the occurrence of desquamation during infusion, put forward prevention measures and thus reduce medical disputes.
