可再生无机胶凝成型活性炭材料的苯吸附特性 被引量:7

摘要 以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥和粉末活性炭为主要原料制备无机胶凝成型活性炭材料,通过对试样含炭量、碘吸附值和抗压强度测试确定最佳制备工艺条件。对比分析了在不同环境温度对材料苯吸附性能的影响。结果表明适宜的活性炭与水泥的质量比为3∶2,必须在水中养护3 d以上,此时试样碘吸附值477.52 mg/g,抗压强度6.61 MPa,碳含量47.48%,吸水率61.55%,气孔率56.89%,比表面积459.37 m2/g,平均孔径2.3884 nm,总孔容0.2743 m3/g。实验表明,试样对苯的吸附性能十分良好,试样对苯饱和吸附量为190.74 mg/g。循环再生试验结果初步表明,试样对苯的循环再生效果良好。 Rapid-hardening sulphoaluminate cement and powder activated carbon were used to produce activated carbon with inorganic eementitious materials, the influence of different activated carbon content, iodine absorption and compression strength of the materials were tested and the optimal process parameters were determined. The influence of ambient temperatures on benzene removal capacity was also characterized. The results show that the mass ratio of activated carbon to cement is 3 to 2, and the samples must be curing for more than 3 d in the water. The corresponding properties of the optimal samples are listed below: iodine adsorption value is 477.52 mg/g, compressive strength is 6.61 MPa, carbon content is 47.48%, water absorption is 61.55%, the porosity is 56.89% ; specific surface area is' 459.37 m2/g, average pore size is 2.3884 nm and pore volume is 0.2743 m3/g. Experiments show that the sample has excellent benzene adsorption performance, its benzene saturated adsorption capacities are 190.74 mg/g, respectively recycling test results preliminary show that the sample has good recycling effect on benzene.
