摘要
本文通过氧化铝陶瓷金属化封接件的强度特性试验,评估氧化铝陶瓷金属化强度方面的可靠性。测试表明,氧化铝陶瓷金属化封接材料的强度规律如下:循环疲劳断裂强度<静疲劳强度<抗拉强度(平均)。本文中95%氧化铝陶瓷金属化封接材料的循环疲劳强度门槛值接近69.8 MPa,若循环应力超过该值,就有可能产生疲劳失效。在实际的陶瓷-金属封接设计使用中,应使应力小于疲劳强度尤其是循环疲劳强度,才能尽可能避免疲劳失效,保证高可靠性。
Mechanical fatigue behaviors of standard tensile test pieces of metalized Al2O3 ceramic seals are investigated and then the reliability of sealed materials is evaluated. The results show that the discipline of the tensile strength of metalized Al2O3 ceramic seals is as follows : the cycle fatigue strength 〈 the static fatigue strength 〈 the static tensile strength (AVG). In this paper, the cycle fatigue threshold of 95% Al2O3 sealed ceramics is about 69.8 MPa. If cycle stress on the sealed materials is more than the fatigue threshold mentioned above,fatigue failure is likely to occur. For a good design of Al2O3 ceramics to metal seal, the design stress should be limited in the magnitude of the fatigue strength, especially the cycle fatigue strength. So the high reliability of Al2O3 ceramics to metal seal can be ensured.
