基于旁支付的虚拟企业收益分配博弈

Profit Distribution Game of Virtual Enterprise Based on Side Payment

收益分配是虚拟企业发展形成的关键因素,合作剩余的公平分配是合作博弈成败的基础。本文运用收益分配模型与博弈论的相关方法,设计了基于旁支付的激励机制模型。研究结果表明,在旁支付激励机制下,成员企业的努力水平与虚拟企业期望总收益均得到了一定的提升,说明了该机制的有效性;随后,应用博弈论的分配理论与Nash讨价还价方法设计了利润分配模型,在满足个体理性与集体理性的条件下,将合作博弈产生的合作剩余进行了分配,得到了可行的分配方案。

The profit distribution is the key factor of formation and operation of virtual enterprises while the fair allocation of cooperative surplus is the foundation of the success of the cooperative game. Based on the profit distribution model and the correlative game theory, this paper proposes a side payment incentive mechanism to optimize expected profit. In the condition of the side payment, this paper suggests that both the effort level of enterprises and the virtual enterprise＇ s expected revenue have been improved, which means the mechanism is effective. To proceed, applying the Distribution Theory and Nash Bargaining Game,a rational sharing plan about the cooperation surplus which created by cooperative game is provided to meet the individual rationality and collective rationality, which is a feasible agreement.
