大学生就业问题引起了全社会的广泛关注。通过采用USEM模型的研究方法对大学生就业能力进行深入的分析。研究表明:就业能力与学科理解力、技能、自我效能和元认知四方面相关性很高;其中,元认知是最重要的影响因素,其次分别是技能、学科理解力和自我效能;男生就业与女生就业的就业能力方面存在一定的差异,学历因素对于女生就业能力影响大,对男生的就业影响不显著;无论是男生还是女生,专业因素都是一个很重要的显著特征因素。

The issue of ＂undergraduates; unemployment after graduation＂ has caused social concern for these years. This paper analyzes the employment capacity of college students based on the USEM model. Research shows that requirements for boys＇ and girls＇ employment capabilities have some differences in terms of education, profession and etc. Education is an important influence factor to girls＇ employability while it has an insignificant influence on male employment. Whether male or female, professional factor is a very important determinant.
