上海市3-6岁幼儿参与园外体育运动的现状分析

On the Status of Preschoolers Enjoying Sports after Kindergarten

城市化的深入推进不仅极大地挤压了城市幼儿的活动空间,也极大地改变了城市幼儿的生活方式,这两者的改变都对幼儿体育活动的开展和身心健康产生了重要影响。对上海市28所幼儿园204名幼儿参与园外体育运动的现状所作调查表明:绝大多数幼儿喜欢体育运动;接近2/3的幼儿每天参与园外运动的时间不足半小时,超过4/5的幼儿每天参与园外运动时间不到1小时;几乎每个幼儿在园外至少学习了一门课外课程。要逐步转变幼儿体育活动不受重视的现象,就需要家长树立正确的教育观念,发挥大众媒体的传播导向作用,同时幼儿园应与社区和家庭合作,共同为幼儿参与体育活动积极创造条件。

The urbanization has squeezed the activity space of city children, and changed their life style, both of which have influence on children＇s activity and health. This research found that： most preschoolers like sports, especially playing with friends, running, chasing and playing slider outside; there are about 2/3 preschoolers enjoying sports after school less than half an hour everyday, and more than 4/5 enjoying sports less than an hour everyday; almost every preschooler enters for a kind of course after school. The parents should establish a proper idea of education, the media should express its oriented effect, and the kindergarten, community and family should work together to support children＇s sport.
