摘要
在当前幼儿园集体教学中,幼儿教师普遍存在科学回应意识不够强,回应行为价值不明显,有效回应的方式不丰富等问题。教学经验欠缺和价值定位不准是造成这些问题的主要原因。为此,幼儿教师在实际教学中可以综合利用诱导提示、即时追问、梳理提升等回应策略。
There are many problems in the teacher's responses in the kindergarten collective teaching. Lack of teaching experience and right value proposition are the main reasons. So the teacher should improve his responses by different strategies according to the teaching situation.
