超高效液相-串联质谱快速检测牛奶中阿维菌素类毒素残留 被引量:7

摘要 将样品经乙腈提取,利用碱性氧化铝-gg.小柱净化,色谱柱Waters ACQUITY UPLCBEHC8(50mm×2.1mmI.D,1.7μm);柱温为30℃;流速设为0.3mL/min;进样量10μL;流动相为乙腈水按梯度洗脱。质谱在电喷雾负离子模式下,对阿维菌素类药品进行多反应离子监测。结果阿维菌素类药残平均回收率为62.0%-95.0%,精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.32%;最低检出限(LOD)为1.0μg/L。该方法快速准确,灵敏度高,是检测牛奶中阿雏菌素类药品残留可借鉴的分析方法。 Sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by basic alumina cartridge. Liquid chromatographic separation was carried out on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8 column (50mm×2.1mm I.D, 1.7 μm); with column temperature 30 ℃; flow rate 0.3 mL/min, injection volume 10 μL and acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase.In the negative ion mode of ESI-MS, recorded in the MRM. The average recoveries ranged from 62.0%-95.0% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.32% .The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.0 μg/L. The present method is quick, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for analysis of Avermectins residues in milk.
