铆钉填充锪窝孔边角裂纹应力强度因子分析 被引量:2

Some Useful Results of Investigation on Stress Intensity Factors(SIFs) of Corner Crack at Rivet-Filled Countersunk Hole

摘要 采用工程有限元软件ANSYS建立含铆钉填充锪窝孔板有限元模型,计算了不含铆钉填充的锪窝孔边单侧扇形角裂纹、含铆钉填充净配合锪窝孔边单侧扇形角裂纹和含铆钉填充锪窝孔在不同干涉量下孔边单侧扇形角裂纹前缘的应力强度因子的值,分析了铆钉与锪窝孔干涉配合量对孔边裂纹前缘应力强度因子的影响规律,给出了铆钉与锪窝孔干涉配合时的最佳配合量及有效干涉量范围,为铆钉设计提供了参考数据和指导性建议,对于铆接结构设计具有重要的工程实用价值。 Sections 1 through 3 explain the investigation mentioned in the file, whose results we believe are useful and whose core consists of: ( 1 ) we presented the finite element model for rivet-filled countersunk hole by using the large finite element software ANSYS ; (2) we calculated SIFs of fanlike crack front of countersunk rivet hole respec- tively for the three cases of without rivet, with net fit rivet and with interference fit rivet; (3) we discussed the effect of interference fit level between rivet and countersunk hole on SIFs of crack front; (4) the results, presented in Figs. 6 through 9, and their analysis show preliminarily that the best interference fit level is O. 7% and that the effective interference fit range is 0. 5% - 1.1% for improving fatigue life. Section 4 gives in full the four prelimina- ry conclusions concerning the results of our investigation.
