摘要
绝大多数中国法理学教材属于灌输式教材而非启发式教材,偏重于传授正确性知识,忽略了学生对知识的探索过程。不仅学生获取的是"死"的知识,而且会使学生在理论问题上屈从权威,变得消极、教条,失去探索真理的兴趣。要"盘活"法理学知识,法理学教材应当变法理学知识的"传授"为"引导",引导学生主动学习、自觉探索的精神,最终造就高素质的社会需要的法学人才。
Most of the Chinese textbooks of jurisprudence are spoon-feeding textbooks instead of heuristic textbooks. They neglected the course of knowledge exploration and stressed to impart right knowledge. Not merely the knowledge got by students is dead but students will become obedience to authority, passive, dogmatic, and lose interest to explore truth. To impart knowledge should be changed into guide to knowledge in textbook of jurisprudence. Student's autonomic learning and exploring should be trained in textbooks, and finally they will become qualified and talented people.
