摘要
论文提出了项目不确定条件下的缓冲区设置方法.该方法综合考虑资源紧张度、网络计划复杂度和项目经理风险偏好等影响因素,解决了资源紧张度难以量化和统一的问题,同时考虑用资源的可替代性解决资源紧张问题.通过模拟实验,将新方法与传统C&PM以及RSEM方法对不同可替代方案进行了比较,为选择最优方案提供参考.分析时不仅采用了传统评价指标,还引入了成本指标以衡量工期与成本是否均衡优化的问题.实验结果表明本文所提的新方法兼具有效性和实用性.
The authors have put forward an improved approach for project buffer sizing based on the resource constrains, logical complexity as well as project managers' risk preference by using fuzzy logic theory. Taking resource substitutability into consideration, the authors have integrated the optimization and tradeoff between cost and schedule into the indicators for the evaluation of critical chain scheduling. By means of experimental study, the new approach has been verified to be more effective and efficient than the traditional C&=PM and RSEM approach.
