摘要
通过对27个国家的1123名海外华人科技人才进行问卷调查,深入了解了这一特殊群体的回流意愿及主要影响因素。研究结果表明,海外科技人才回国发展的意愿较高,总体上达到了68.9%,明确表态不会考虑回国发展的仅为9.1%。其中,个体特征、留学过程、职业发展状况及与国内联系的紧密程度等因素是影响海外科技人才回流意愿的最主要变量。
Based on the questionnaire survey on 1,123 overseas S&T talents distributing in 27 states, their occupational condition and psychology are deeply caught, and the relevant key variables are found out. h could be clearly seen from the statistical data that the returning willingness for overseas S&T talents has reached up to 68.9 percent, and meanwhile only 9.1 percent of them clearly express the opposite willingness. It is worth noting that individual trait, experiences of overseas study, career develop- ment, and the closeness of relation with motherland are critical factors of returning willingness for overseas S&T talents.
