从逻辑框架法的概念原理入手,采用案例分析形式,构建了新建煤矿项目的逻辑框架结构,进而总结成功经验、提出相应对策建议。

Logical framework approach is one of the important tools for planning, design, implementation and evaluation, it has been widely used in the project pre-assessment, feasibility study, testing analysis and so on, provided support for the decision-making of theories and methods. Then the paper uses perspective of concept and principle, in the form of case studies, builds the logical framework structure for the new coal mine project, and then some beneficial experience and lessons learned are obtained.
