摘要
结合煤炭勘察设计企业特点,从人力资源的招聘选拔、人力资源的激励约束、人力资源的培养和人力资源的挽留等四个环节分析了人力资源管理实践的做法,提出了人力资源管理实践对提升人力资源管理水平、增强企业核心竞争力的重要意义。
Based on the key characteristics of coal survey and design enterprises, this paper analyzes the methods of human resource management practices from four aspects. The aspects include., selection & recruitment, incentives, education and retaining staff. The results show that human resource management practices will improve human resource management competence and strengthen core competitiveness of enterprises.
