偃龙矿区三软煤层综合机械化开采关键技术的研究及实践 被引量:3

摘要 针对偃龙矿区三软不稳定煤层的特点,采取钻孔松帮卸压与U型棚"耦合"支护技术解决了巷道支护难题;合理进行了综采三机配套选型,尤其是支架选型;同时,解决了采掘过程中易突水难题。实践表明,机械化开采过程中,解决了"三软"煤层支护、片帮、漏煤与支架钻底等技术难题,在偃龙矿区首次实现了综合机械化采煤工艺,实现了安全、经济效益双丰收。 Aiming at the characteristics of unstable three-soft coal seam in Yanlong colliery, the paper has adopted the technology of borehole pressure relief and U-type arch coupling support to solve the problem of roadway supporting; reasonably conducted three mechanized mining equipment lectotype, especially the type selection of support; at the same time, it has solved the problem of water bursting coming easily in mining process. Practice shows that, in the mechanized mining process, the technical problems of supporting, rib spalling, coal leaking and support sinking into floor in three-soft seam have been solved; the fully mechanized mining process has been first realized in Yanlong colliery; the safety and economic benefits have been achieved.
