煤矿岩巷快速掘进技术研究与应用

Research and application of technology of fast excavation in rock roadway

结合焦家寨煤矿岩巷的快速掘进技术实践,研究了采用液压钻车配套新型侧卸式装岩机的岩巷机械化掘进作业线、中深孔光面爆破和湿式喷浆系统在岩巷掘进中的关键技术。实践表明,这套岩巷综合掘进技术,大大降低了工人劳动强度,减少了巷道超欠挖、降低了材料消耗,改善了作业环境,作业粉尘不到10mg/m3,掘进尺由原来的60m/月提高至100m/月,初步实现了岩巷高效安全掘进。

Combining with the technology practice of fast excavation in rock roadway in Jiaojiazhai Mine, the paper researches the key technology of mechanical rock drifting operating line in which the hydraulic drilling rig matching the new-type sidedumping rock loader, medium-length hole smooth blasting and wet gunning system in rock excavation. The practice indicates, the comprehensive rock drifting technology has greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers, re- duced the roadway overbreak, decreased the material consumption, and improved the working environment, where the dust is less than 10 mg/m^3 ; the drifting footage has increased to 100m per month from 60m per month, and the efficient and safe rock excavation is initially realized.
